Guest Relations Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and offering general information about the city
  • Helping reception and bar with their daily tasks (customer service)
  • Promoting and informing the guests about daily activities
  • Helping to develop hostel events (optional)
  • Promoting the company on Social Media platforms (optional)

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Communicative level of Spanish or any other language is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, dynamic, outgoing, and positive attitude
  • Flexible and willing to work in different departments
