Job Offer In Five (5) Star Hotel

Job Description

A 5-star hotel in Dublin is looking for personnel in various positions for a minimum of 4-6 months.

Requirements:
Applicants should have a C1 knowledge of English, a passion for working in the hospitality and customer service fields.

Salary:
EUR 10.50/11 per hour.

The figures sought are:
– Front Office/Receptionist: Greet guests, check in/out, handle cash/credit card transactions, complete reports, use guest system (Opera), complete daily task lists, deal with guest queries;
– Concierge/ Hall Porter role: Greet guests, assist with luggage, offer advice on tourist attractions in Dublin/directions/places to eat, etc, deal with all other queries and offer assistance to guests;
– Chef: Assist in service – could be breakfast, bar food service, room amenities, refreshments for meetings & events or also an option to work in a Michelin Star Restaurant located within the hotel;
– F&B Service: Table service, seat guests, take orders, clear tables, deliver amenities to guest rooms, stock minibars & guest waters in the rooms, assist with meetings & events.
