Job offer in the Customer service and Hospitality field.
Requirements:
– Some food and beverage experience it would be ideal but it is not required
– Interest in learning in this field
– Any customer service experience is preferable
– Friendly, approachable person
Tasks:
– To ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm, and friendly welcome on arrival and during their stay
– To anticipate guests needs whenever possible to enhance quality service and in turn enhance quest
satisfaction
– To assist in achieving hotel and departmental goals in relation to mystery audits, customer comment
index etc.
– To assist guests at all times
– To ensure all guest queries are handled promptly and efficiently
– To use initiative in relation to the speedy resolution of guests queries and problems
– To report on all guest feedback to a supervisor or manager
– To serve customers
– To provide information on menus
– To lay tables
– All our staff is required to work in different departments if needed
