Internship in a Tourism Agency

Job Description

We are looking for interns for a long-term internship in an experiential travel company that offers an original range of tours and activities in Athens & Greece.

Responsibilities
• Meet and greet customers before their tours
• Escort groups as an assistant
• Settle tour balances at the beginning of tours
• Coordinate and find guides for planned tours
• Enter tour and client data in company systems
• Perform daily & weekly checks for tours and activities
• Perform external tasks (deliver tickets, coordinate tours & activities, arrange delivery of materials for team building activities etc)
• Answer phone calls and resolve first hand issues over the phone.

Requirements
• Very good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Exceptional organizational & time-management skills
• High degree of problem solving and creative thinking
• Strong customer-oriented approach
• Outstanding communication skills & multitasking ability
• Highly responsible and hard working personality

Duration: 6 months minimum
