Job Description

We are looking for recent university graduates for a job offer in Germany as Associate Recruitment Consultant.

Tasks:
– Creating a network of senior talent;
– Creating partnerships with FinTech companies;
– Placing senior talent in job openings at the companies you’ve partnered with. (Conducting interviews is thus not part of your job description, these are done by the companies themselves.)

Requirements:
– Consultants must be able to speak fluent German (C1/C2) and conversational English;
– Bachelor degree.

Terms:
– 6 month probation period after which the contract is permanent. We are looking for candidates who are confident they would be able to stay at the company for around 3 years;
– 45k gross yearly base salary + uncapped commissions based off of employment placements (OTE 60-70k).
